Robert was very communicative by all means whether it be by phone, email or text. The only thing that was a mis-step was the amount needed to bring to close the transaction as I didn't get the correct final number for the check I needed until the day of closing but I think that is probably more on the title company and or the processor and not Robert.

Fast communication, good rates and figures. Worked quickly on my behalf. Things to improve: document management via insecure method's (email), and documents not making it to back end (they asked for insurance coverage multiple times when its paid for a 6mo more).
